Fine art prints: If the shipment is lost or the product is damaged, it will be replaced or compensated based on the details provided. With such issues contact us immediately via email: janne.nuolioja@gmail.com

The prints are handcrafted by order and cannot be returned after purchase, so the products are nonrefundable and we do not accept returns without special reasons that will be decided based on the case.

TERMS OF SERVICE

We may email you about your order or account activity. These messages may occur when:

  • You’ve created a Customer Account

  • Your Customer Account password has been reset or updated

  • You’ve made a purchase

  • Your order has shipped

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from messages about the purchase or account activity.

We share information with Squarespace, the website platform providing the online store technology so they can send confirmation and update emails to you on our behalf.

When you order something on this website, we collect personal information from you to proceed the order. This includes:

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Details relating to your purchase (for example the print size)

  • Email address

  • Name

  • Phone number

At checkout, the website may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
